This Seattle wedding was fun! We are still dreaming about the piella and cupcakes. The Edgewater Hotel was just the right setting for this city wedding. The young and young at heart enjoyed the dancing. Everyone was up for a good time. So many pics to choose from...may have to post more...
What more could a person ask for? Meet Sharon and her lovely family. Son Alex in the last pictures graduated this year from J.F. Kennedy. Congrats Alex!
Emily was promised the park. Nobody said anything about pictures. She warmed up the the idea as long as bear could come along. Berthesen Park is in full bloom and so beautiful. I love the saying at the entrance. "Take only pictures-leave only foot prints" SUCH a sweet little family.
Turns out we're no better. We rave on about how everyone should just relax and have fun... um. right. We took family pictures of each other, and I worried about my giant sausage arms, Cash's drool rash, Jack Jr.'s two-year old self in general, and my hair. Jodi fretted about Hana's shirt, Hana's hair, Hana's shoes, and traffic. Hana summed us up real nice - "Mom, your stress is giving me stress." So, there you have it. We remembered that picture day really does stink, so we will try extra hard to make it bearable. But aren't the pictures cute!?! Don't we have beautiful kids!!!!! We made it. Wendi's Family... Jodi's Family...
This couple is fun and we had a beautiful day in LaConner taking their engagement photo's. We were really jealous of their fresh pedicures... Zach's toes were cuter than ours! Jennifer-super gorgeous and Zach-super cool! Can't wait for the big day.
Whenever I need a kind word, and some reassurance that I can handle my toddler/baby/work/laundry/cleaning/weeding, etc. etc. I call my dear friend Sarah. We're both in the same boat, and it always helps to phone a friend. We got to Sarah's house to take some pics of her a.d.o.r.a.b.l.e. boys, and my toddler decides to MELT doowwnn. It wasn't pretty. When he picked up Jason's golf clubs to take a swing, we all ran. Jodi braved the storm, and quickly picked up the golf balls and whatever else she could find that could break a window. Sarah just looked at me and said, "I understand." Isn't it nice to have a friend who understands? I vote yes. In the middle of all this, we managed to get some sweet shots of Sarah's beautiful boys and no windows were broken.
Wendi and Jodi created a fun new photography business called theSNAPsisters and we've been taking pictures from Lynden to Seattle, WA. We are passionate about photography, and are always looking for creative and fun new ideas. If you select theSNAPsisters to take your pictures, you can count on laughter and fun. We do our best to make this a great experience and to capture those beautiful moments.
